Would you like to learn how to design jewellery?

Saturday 16 November 10.30am - 4pm

After teaching two wonderful classes with amazing students this summer, I decided to put on three more classes this year.

In the first course, Rings in Perspective (16.11.2019), you will learn a simple and beautiful method to design rings in perspective which is based on my second book "Rings in Perspective”(https://jaqcjewellery.com/product/magic-jewellery-illustration-rings-perspective-including-templates/).

This technique can be used to draw in front of customers but also design stunning pieces for your portfolio or collection.

Jasmin Karger was trained as a traditional Goldsmith in Germany and has been working as a

designer, goldsmith and educator for over 14 years.

In 2003 she relocated to London being attracted by the vibrant design scene and England’s

rich jewellery history. It was here where she had the opportunity to work for well-known

contemporary jewellery artists who opened up a whole new perspective on design and

craftsmanship.

Her design and craft skills got quickly recognised and Jasmin became involved in developing

collections for the retail market.

She was awarded in 2008, 2010 and 2012 by the Goldsmiths' Company for her unusual

designs and knowledge of new technology.

Between 2007 and 2013 she had been teaching Jewellery Design and CAD/CAM

internationally for the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). During this period she

realized her passion for teaching traditional and new design techniques.
